Distributor

What's the minimum quantity I can order?

This usually depends on your location but, as a rule of thumb, our MOQ is 1 pallet.

Which documentation do I need to place orders?

Since we highly value our relationship with our distributors, we want all of our distributors to verify the legitimacy of their company and that they are the official owner. All the company information that you send in is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else.

Do I need to be a registered company to place orders?

If you’re interested in becoming a distributor and represent FastGas, you do need an industry relevant registered business and a duly valid VAT Number (EU).

Are there any additional costs besides shipping?

Along with your original order, including transportation, some countries outside the EU also charge import duties. Be sure to check the rules in your country before ordering.

What is the delivery time?

We have multiple warehouses across the world. However, delivery time depends on your location. Check with us to be sure!

Is there a refund on my faulty bottle?

We aim for zero defects. Nevertheless, like in every production, there may be instances were an issue occurs. When this happens, we will gladly substitute any defective bottles.

Can I get the details of a local distributor?

We are more than happy to connect you with distributors in your area.

Can I pay with cash as a distributor?

Due to compliance issues, we do not handle any cash transactions.

How do I dispose of my empty canisters? How do I ensure they are completely empty?

The best way to do this is to deposit them at a junkyard, the administrators of which are best equipped to deal with their disposal. We do not advise you to drill a hole in the canisters yourself to make sure the canister is empty since this can be dangerous; this means the junkyard will always be the best option before attempting to recycle them yourself. Please deposit them properly and take care of the environment.

My bottle is frozen, what should I do?

This is normal and signifies a sudden change in temperature. Leaving the bottle in a cool, dry place for about 15 to 20 minutes should allow the nozzle and the bottle to thaw. Do not under any circumstances try to heat it up as this will increase the temperature inside the canister, which can prove dangerous.
